About Robert

Robert Bohjanen, raised in Minnesota, brings Midwestern friendliness and work ethic to Rafi Law Group. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and earned his Juris Doctorate at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU. In law school, he was an Honor’s Program participant, a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar, and Chief Brief Editor for Vis Moot Court. After law school, Robert served as in-house counsel for a Financial Advisor and Mutual Fund in Tucson, then gained extensive personal injury experience at a multi-state firm. He also learned the inner workings of insurance companies while working for a top subrogation law firm in Arizona. Before Rafi Law Group, he litigated personal injury cases at another firm. Robert is deeply passionate about personal injury law, fueled by his own experience as a pedestrian victim of a drunk driver in his youth, which gives him profound empathy for his clients. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, traveling, and spending time with family.
