While in law school, Mr. Cahall clerked for McCormick & Priore. He also served as the Managing Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. Prior to re-joining McCormick & Priore, Mr. Cahall served as the law clerk to the Honorable Richard R. Cooch, Resident Judge of the Superior Court of Delaware in and for New Castle County. Mr. Cahall serves as the chair of the Bad Faith Litigation Department. He currently focuses his practice in the areas of bad faith litigation, insurance coverage, complex liability litigation, employment litigation, and general casualty litigation.
