Shawnette Fluitt joined Barry McTiernan & Moore, after practicing in personal injury and business immigration law. Shawnette was named Partner in 2017 and while she is well versed in several areas of the law her current practice centers on toxic tort matters at both the State and Federal levels. Shawnette successfully represents clients in all phases and aspects of the litigation process. Shawnette helps clients solve their complex and challenging legal issues. Shawnette believes that client involvement is key to successful defense litigation. Shawnette prides herself on maintaining a high level of communication with her clients. Shawnette understands that the client’s goals, concerns and feedback are of the utmost importance in cultivating a positive relationship and are necessary for success inside or outside of the courtroom.
