Ms. Keesler brings several years of litigation experience which spans a broad range of practice areas including general litigation, criminal law, and employment discrimination law. Prior to joining McCormick & Priore, P.C., Ms. Keesler served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the Philadelphia District Attorney, where she prosecuted a variety of cases ranging from sex offenses, domestic violence, and multi-defendant complex gun violence cases, and conducted misdemeanor and felony bench and jury trials. More recently, Ms. Keesler practiced as an employment discrimination and civil rights attorney where she represented plaintiffs in various actions for violations of federal and state laws, including Title VII, Title IX, Section 1981, Section 1983, the American with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Whistleblower Protection laws, and common law tort claims both in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Keesler currently focuses her practice in the areas of areas of premises litigation, products liability, construction litigation, complex civil litigation, and general casualty litigation.
