About William
William H. Waring, III, is an attorney at Thurmond Kirchner & Timbes, P.A., focusing on personal injury cases, including medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, dram shop negligence, premises liability, and wrongful death. He grew up in Summerville, South Carolina, and earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University in 1994. He also holds a master’s degree in Education Administration, summa cum laude, from The Citadel. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2006, where he was the Writing Editor for the Cumberland Law Review.
