Yance Falkner is an attorney with Waide & Associates, P.A. He earned an Associate's degree from Itawamba Community College, a Bachelor's from Mississippi State University, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While at law school, he served as Executive Articles Editor for the Mississippi Law Journal and Chair of the Moot Court Board, where he was awarded Moot Court Board Member of the Year.
