Our client was driving their motorcycle when the defendant pulled out of a parking spot making a U-Turn and causing our client to collide with their car. The client's leg collided with the fender resulting in a break. He had surgery to repair the break and also required skin grafts. The crash happened when the defendant pulled out of a parking spot and u-turned in front of the client causing the collision.
