Case Details
On the highway outside of Syracuse in 2011 our client was reducing speed per the traffic signs when the defendant ignored the reducing of speed and rear ended our client. During initial negotiations, the insurance company offered $90,000. Attorney Dan McGillicuddy knew this was not enough and after discussing it with the client they went to trial. Dan was able to get $2.1 million from the insurance for the client, which is over 23 times the initial offer. The crash happened when the defendant did not notice speed change and collided with the rear of our client.
