Case Details
In the fall of 2021, our client was traveling down the road on their motorcycle. They were approaching an intersection where they did not have a stop sign. The defendant ran their stop sign causing our client to collide with the side of their vehicle. The client was launched from their motorcycle and flew over the car. As a result of this case the client had a punctured lung, and their left leg was amputated. The attorneys at William Mattar were able to obtain the medical records quickly and get the client $1.5 million in recovery in under one year. The crash happened when the client was driving, another driver ran a stop sign, and the client did not have one and collided.
Additional Notes
