While working underneath a truck in a lot located in Harrison, NJ, M.G. was run over when the truck's driver accidentally started the truck and moved forward. M.G., who was still under the truck, tried to move out of the way but was struck. He suffered a crush injury to his left arm and shoulder, as well as severe scarring to his head and the side of his face requiring skin grafting and surgery. The case was filed in Superior Court, Hudson County.
