Case Details
While riding as a passenger in the back of a rideshare vehicle, another vehicle struck the rear of the rideshare vehicle. The client suffered permanent and serious injuries to both ankles. As a result, the client underwent three separate surgeries over the course of a three-year period. A large well-known law firm in New Jersey had previously represented the client for this accident. That firm discontinued its representation of the client’s case, stating it did not believe she would be successful in proving her case in Court. Shortly thereafter, we accepted her case and filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court, Hudson County.

The parties ultimately agreed to settle the case for $465,000, prior to the time of trial.
