Case Details
Our three year old client was at a New Year’s Eve party at a friend’s house. The family hosting the party had a retired K9 German Shepherd who was sick with cancer. The party was held in the basement and the dog was kept on the main floor of the home. The minor went upstairs and was attacked by the dog, biting the right side of her face.
