Our client, a roofer, was working on a home in Chicago, Illinois when he went to his van to get supplies. Without warning or provocation, the homeowner’s dog ran toward our client, attacked him, and bit him twice. Our client was thrown into his work van, causing injury to his right shoulder, left arm, and left wrist. Our client required surgery to repair his torn rotator cuff.
