Case Details
Bicyclist was riding in a Class II bike lane on Highway 9 between Saratoga and Los Gatos, when he was hit by a motorist making a left turn from the oncoming direction of traffic. Bicyclist suffered an acromioclavicular (AC) joint injury, concussion and other injuries. Policy limits settlements were obtained from the driver as well as the client's underinsured motorist coverage.
