Bicyclist suffered an acromioclavicular (AC) joint injury, concussion and other injuries. Plaintiff alleged that Defendant City of Benicia maintained a dangerous condition of public property by allowing the pothole to exist on the roadway, which was regularly used by bicyclists. After filing suit, the matter settled at mediation for $71,500.
