Represented a young man that was operating a motorcycle in the West Chester area. As he was proceeding down the roadway, a vehicle on his right attempted to make a left turn in front of him, forcing him to put his motorcycle on the ground and slide past. He sustained a lacerated spleen. The other driver claimed never to have started the turn, so police issued no citations.
