Mark J. Luebeck

Mark J. Luebeck is an attorney and partner with the law firm of Luebeck, Hammar, McCarty, & Goldwarg. His law practice focuses on personal injury and insurance law and criminal defense. He was born in Butte, Montana, and spent part of his childhood in Seattle, Washington before returning to Montana. He served as a volunteer firefighter, received his bachelor’s of science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Montana Tech of The University of Montana, and his law degree from The University of Montana where he was an assistant editor-in-chief of the Montana Law Review. He clerked for Judge Sam E. Haddon, served as a Public Defender in Bozeman, and was awarded the 'Rookie Public Defender of the Year' award. He formed the current firm in 2024. He is admitted to the State Bar of Montana, the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Harlan B. Krogh

Harlan is one of the senior partners of the law firm of Crist, Krogh, Alke & Nord, PLLC. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with highest honors from Montana State University-Billings (formally Eastern Montana College) in 1982, and a J.D. degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1987. From 1987 to 1989 Harlan served as Law Clerk to United States District Court, Chief Judge James F. Battin in Billings. For the next 19 years, Harlan practiced law in Billings as an associate and shareholder with another law firm before combining his practice with John G. Crist. Harlan also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Big Sky State Games, a grassroots Olympic organization for the State of Montana. Daniel Bidegaray

Daniel Bidegaray is a Montana native and a skilled trial lawyer with over three decades of experience. John G. Crist

John G. Crist graduated from the University of Montana in 1980 with a B.A. in Philosophy, with High Honors. He is a 1984 Honors graduate of the University of Montana Law School, where he served on the Law Review. After law school, he practiced with the Minneapolis-based law firm of Dorsey & Whitney, PLLP for 13 years as an associate and later a partner in the Trial Department. John G. Crist left Dorsey & Whitney in February 1998 to establish the Crist Law Firm, LLC. Since the beginning of his legal career, he has been engaged in commercial and employment litigation. He has tried in excess of 50 cases in state and federal court in Montana, arbitrated numerous cases before the AAA and various securities arbitration panels, represented employers in labor arbitrations, and has handled numerous administrative hearings before the Montana Human Rights Bureau.
