Lauren Taylor
Lauren was raised in a single-parent household in Greenville, South Carolina. In 2018, Lauren married and moved to Charleston, SC, where she now maintains offices on Daniel Island and in Greenville. Brian J. Headley
Brian J. Headley has been a practicing litigator since 2004, specializing in medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases. He founded Headley Law Firm LLC in 2012 and has built a reputation for handling complex cases, often receiving referrals from other lawyers. He graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2004, where he was a member of the West Virginia Law Review and Order of the Coif. He is licensed in South Carolina, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, and Virginia, and several U.S. District Courts.

Sydney Ford
Born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina, Sydney is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Carolina. While at USC, she was a Capstone Scholar and Capstone Fellow and was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and Omicron Delta Kappa Leadership Honor Society. In her time there, she also earned The Outstanding Achievement and Student Triumph Award. Sydney then attended the Emory University School of Law where she graduated as a Kessler-Eidson Scholar and a Graduating Woman of Excellence. During her time at Emory Law, she was an Amicus Brief Writer of the Emory Law Supreme Court Advocacy Program, a member of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal, President of the Criminal Law Society, and received the Emory Public Interest Grant twice. She was a Student Attorney with the Barton Juvenile Defender Clinic for two years and earned the Pro Bono Publico Medal. Sydney is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina, and spent several years as a Public Defender in Georgia in both the adult and juvenile justice system before moving in the Family Law sector. Sydney has had several of her legal articles published in journals across the country and has published her own children’s book “Grief Came to Visit Today,” which was featured on Oprah’s Book Club list. Sydney is also an Adjunct Professor at the Charleston School of Law where she teaches “Juvenile Delinquency and Dependency” and has taught “Trauma Informed Legal Advocacy.” In her free time, Sydney enjoys volunteering with children’s grief support groups, dancing, reading, and spending time with her two dogs.

Alexa Croen
Born and raised in Charleston, Alexa earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School in 2024 graduating magma cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Coif, an honor recognizing the exact top 10% of a graduating class. At William & Mary, Alexa participated in the Education and Family Law Society and worked at both the domestic violence and PELE (Parents Engaged for Learning Equality) clinics on campus. Alexa was the recipient of the Wayne M. Lee Endowed Book Award in her first year of law school and later received the CALI Award in family law, which recognizes the highest grade earned in the course. Alexa is a classically trained musician having earned a B.M. in vocal performance from Oberlin Conservatory and a B.A. in English from Oberlin College as a dual-degree student. Outside of work, Alexa enjoys painting, walking on the beach, and spending time with her husband and Italian Greyhounds.

Emma Woodham
Emma C. Woodham joined Headley Law Firm as a legal secretary in 2020, later becoming a paralegal while attending law school. She graduated from Charleston School of Law in December 2024 and was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in May 2025. She is passionate about medical malpractice law and enjoys client relationships. She is licensed only in West Virginia and not yet in South Carolina.

Paul A. Kettering
Paul A. Kettering graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2011. He began his career as a civil defense litigator, then co-founded Kettering Delligatti Law Offices in 2013, handling various civil and criminal cases. He relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, and joined Headley Law Firm in July 2023. He is licensed to practice in South Carolina, West Virginia, and the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.

Gabriella Graham
Originally from Ohio, Gabriella obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ohio University in 2016. Law school brought Gabriella to the lowcountry; she moved here in 2017 to pursue her Juris Doctorate degree from the Charleston School of Law. Throughout her time in law school, Gabriella was not only president of the Student Ambassadors and a proud member of Women in Law, but she worked at a law firm focused primarily on family law and at a restaurant in downtown Charleston. After passing the Ohio Bar Exam in 2021, Gabriella transferred her license to South Carolina and has been committed to the practice of family law since. She is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association and the Dorchester County Bar Association. As a former Division I athlete, Gabriella prides herself on her work ethic and dedication to her practice and clients.
