Danny Dalton

Mr. Dalton is a founding partner at Mickelsen Dalton and a dedicated attorney with a passion for his clients. Prior to forming Mickelsen Dalton, Danny worked for law firms across South Carolina and Georgia where he was part of teams obtaining several eight-figure settlements and verdicts. Cheryl J. Farrish

Cheryl J. Farrish handles a wide range of injury cases, from automobile accidents to complex construction injury cases. Originally from Hawaii, Cheryl relocated to Seattle to attend Seattle University where she graduated, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. She then attended the Seattle University School of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List (top 10% of the class) and as a King County Bar Foundation Scholar. She earned these honors while working full time as a personal injury paralegal during the day and attending law school at night. She graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law. Pellegrino “Pino” Certa

Pellegrino “Pino” Certa has vast experience working for and against insurance companies and handling insurance disputes. Before beginning his career representing personal injury victims, Pino was an attorney for insurance companies for 12 years. By working for insurance companies, he developed an understanding of the insurance business. He uses this understanding to turn the tables and obtain the best possible recovery for his clients. Pino was born in Brooklyn, New York and attended college at St. John’s University, where he received his B.A. in 1990. He graduated from Albany Law School of Union University with his J.D. in 1993.

Stephen Mickelsen

Stephen is an experienced trial lawyer and a partner at Mickelsen Dalton. Throughout his career, he has focused his practice on representing crime victims and their families. Stephen has obtained justice in the form of multi-million dollar results for victims of gun violence, drunk driving, sexual assault, and human trafficking. He has also obtained seven-figure results for clients in fire disasters, trucking accidents, and other catastrophic events. He is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, Washington, Alabama and Massachusetts, but has been brought on to litigate cases in states all over the country, including Georgia, North Carolina, California, Florida, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Oregon, Nebraska, and New Mexico. James A. Conley

Since 1995, attorney James A. Conley has represented clients in federal court and the superior, district and municipal courts across Washington in both personal injury matters. Jonathan Nolley

Jonathan Nolley has practiced personal injury law since 2004. Originally from Georgia, Jonathan practices out of our Seattle office where he handles catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters. Also admitted to practice in Georgia, Jonathan regularly handles cases on both the west and east coast. Having previously worked for a large insurance company, he is familiar with how insurance companies and large corporate defendants litigate and defend cases. He brings this experience to help grieving families and injured persons fight back against these same insurance companies and corporations. Jonathan has tried cases to verdict, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases successfully, and has enjoyed success at the appellate level. He is experienced in handling all types of personal injury cases including wrongful death cases, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, negligent security, sex abuse, and premises liability cases.
