Jeffrey S. Sheldon

Russell E. Kerr

Chris Guldjian is a founding partner that built Guldjian | Fasel Accident Attorneys, now Chris and Frank Accident Attorneys. Chris is an aggressive advocate and trial attorney for those who have been injured due to the negligence and intentional acts of other individuals and companies. Chris was trained by clerking for the Los Angeles Superior Court in Long Beach and the Huntington Beach City Attorney’s office. Kyle Waldie earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University - Bloomington School of Law, which he attended on a merit scholarship. He began his legal career in 2010 and is licensed to practice law in California, Arizona, and Massachusetts. After more than 14 years as a defense attorney at well-respected downtown LA law firms, Kyle is well-versed in the tactics corporate defendants and insurance carriers use to limit or outright deny recovery for victims after an accident, injury, or other misfortune.
