John Kelly

John Kelly is the founding member of Kelly Law Team with extensive trial and litigation experience. Matthew Koglmeier

Matthew Koglmeier is the firm's managing partner. He received his Bachelor's Degree in business administration from Arizona State University in 1979 and his Juris Doctor from Arizona State University in 1981. He began practicing law in May 1982 and has focused his practice in civil litigation, including landlord-tenant, personal injury, and commercial litigation. He has over 30 years of experience in Mesa, Arizona. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also involved in numerous seminars and charitable organizations.

Steven E. Weinberger

Steven Weinberger brings close to 40 years of experience representing clients in complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California, as well as in the federal courts of Arizona, California, and New Mexico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He serves on the Board of Directors and the Membership Committee of the Arizona Association for Justice and has chaired the Arizona State Bar In-House Counsel Committee.
