Jeff Gibson was born in Shelbyville, Indiana, and grew up in Mississippi and Tennessee. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1997 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in Indiana, five federal district courts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a well-known legal author and keynote speaker at various legal conferences. He is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association. Stephen M. Wagner was co-valedictorian at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in 1987. He earned his B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1994. He worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons before returning to Indianapolis law firm Riley Bennett & Egloff. In June 2000, he formed a firm with Jason R. Reese. Mr. Wagner has practiced exclusively in plaintiff's injury law for 20 years, including wrongful death, civil rights violations, sexual abuse, product liability, gas explosion and fire cases, construction accidents, and mass torts. He has been named an "Indiana Super Lawyer" for fifteen years and "Top 50 Personal Injury Attorneys in Indiana" from 2018 to 2021. In 2006, he was recognized as the "Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year" by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Stephanie Cassman is an experienced trial lawyer in Indiana, defending plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.
