JEFF GIBSON
Jeff Gibson was born in Shelbyville, Indiana, and grew up in Mississippi and Tennessee. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1997 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in Indiana, five federal district courts, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeff has held leadership roles in several drug and medical device litigation steering committees, including In re Prempro Products Liability Litigation, In re Consolidated Fresenius Cases (GranuFlo), and In Re Johnson and Johnson Talcum Powder Litigation. He is part of a national alliance of sexual abuse attorneys, representing victims of sexual assault, medical, and pharmaceutical litigation, including Olympic athletes and clergy abuse victims. He is a well-known legal author and keynote speaker at various legal conferences. He is a member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers® and a Super Lawyers® Rising Stars member and received The National Trial Lawyers Association's "40 Under 40" award. He is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers and the Indianapolis Bar Association for the American Association for Justice.
STEPHEN WAGNER
Stephen M. Wagner was co-valedictorian at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in 1987. He earned his B.A. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1991 and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1994. He worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons before returning to Indianapolis law firm Riley Bennett & Egloff. In June 2000, he formed a firm with Jason R. Reese. Mr. Wagner has practiced exclusively in plaintiff's injury law for 20 years, including wrongful death, civil rights violations, sexual abuse, product liability, gas explosion and fire cases, construction accidents, and mass torts. He has been named an "Indiana Super Lawyer" for fifteen years and "Top 50 Personal Injury Attorneys in Indiana" from 2018 to 2021. In 2006, he was recognized as the "Indiana Trial Lawyer of the Year" by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. He is a "Distinguished Fellow of the Indianapolis Bar Foundation" and a member of the Indy Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors. He is a frequent speaker and writer on legal topics. STEPHANIE CASSMAN
Stephanie Cassman is an experienced trial lawyer in Indiana, defending plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Her practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, and civil rights cases. She focuses on understanding the full impact of injuries on her clients' lives. Stephanie lectures on jury selection and trial advocacy and has held leadership positions in the Indianapolis Bar Association, including Chair of the Litigation Section (2011) and Vice President of the Board of Directors (2015).
