Mikel Moore
Mikel conducts mediations and acts as an arbitrator. He brings to each assignment more than 40 years of civil jury trial and appellate experience. During his four decades in civil trial practice, Mikel most often represented insured and self-insured clients in civil defense jury trial and appellate matters. For example, he represented licensed professionals (primarily lawyers and law firms) in defense of liability claims, business clients in contract, personal injury and employment matters, ski areas and recreational providers in personal injury defense, and the State of Montana in defense of civil matters.
