Jeffrey Meldon

Jeffrey Meldon has been a Florida Trial Attorney since 1971, handling jury trials in Gainesville and specializing in accident and wrongful death cases. He is known for his expertise in negotiating settlements and litigating against insurance companies. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he graduated from Case-Western Reserve University Law School in 1969 and opened his practice in Gainesville in 1971. Anthony W. Chauncey

Anthony 'Tony' Chauncey practices in the areas of Bankruptcy, Foreclosure Defense, Criminal Defense, Traffic Citations, Family Law, and Personal Injury. David W. Grossman

David W. Grossman joined Falk Waas in 2025. He has tried over 175 civil jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Court and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Diplomate and national board representative in ABOTA, and President-elect of the Miami Chapter. He was reappointed to the Supreme Court Committee for Civil Jury Instructions.
