C. Benjamin Cooper
C. Benjamin Cooper is a Columbus-based trial and appellate lawyer who helps people navigate life-changing harm through the civil justice system. Todd M. Powers
Mr. Powers has extensive experience in a broad range of admiralty and maritime matters representing the interests of ship owners, licensed personnel and insurers for over 30 years. He also has extensive experience litigating medical malpractice, wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia, but has handled cases throughout the Midwest and has an active trial practice in federal and state courts in Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Missouri. Mr. Powers has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and as one of the Best Lawyers in America in Admiralty and Maritime Law and Medical Malpractice Law - Plaintiffs from 2012 through 2023 and 2026. Gregory S. Young
Gregory S. Young is an attorney specializing in personal injury cases, including dog bites, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and fall down injuries.
