Thomas E. Carroll
Thomas E. Carroll received his B.S. degree in 1969 and his M.A. degree in 1971 from Western Kentucky University. He taught advanced Math, Physics and Chemistry before enrolling at University of Louisville College of Law in 1972, receiving his J.D. in 1974. He began practicing law in 1975 and has served as Assistant Commonwealth Attorney and Wayne County Attorney. Mr. Carroll has over 20 years of experience as a trial attorney, concentrating in plaintiff's personal injury, bad faith, medical negligence, products liability, wrongful death claims, and criminal defense. Yassmin King
Yassmin King graduated from Wayne County High School, then earned her B.A. degree from Midway University in 2013. She continued her education at Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating in 2018. Yassmin was admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association, U.S. District Court for Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Kentucky. Her practice focuses on personal injury, family law, and social security disability. She was selected as a 'Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer' by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Lance Wilson Turner
Lance Wilson Turner received his J.D. in 1996 from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating cum laude. He earned his B.A. in Government from Western Kentucky University in 1993, also cum laude. He was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1996, and also to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 6th Circuit in the same year. W. Matthew (Matt) Garmon is a native of Cumberland County, Kentucky. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in history from Western Kentucky University and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law. After serving as a law clerk for Judge Eddie C. Lovelace from 2008 to 2010, he joined Carroll & Turner, P.S.C. in 2010, and co-founded Garmon & Ramsey, PLLC in December 2017. Rhett B. Ramsey is a native of Wayne County, Kentucky. Travis W. Bell
Travis W. Bell is an attorney practicing across Central and Eastern Kentucky since 2015.
