Thomas C. Crumplar

Thomas C. Crumplar, co-founder of Jacobs & Crumplar, P.A., is a seasoned personal injury attorney. He graduated from the University of Michigan (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 1971) and the University of Virginia School of Law (1975), where he developed the university's patent policy and authored law review articles. After clerking for Federal Judge John T. Copenhaver and a brief stint in corporate law, he co-founded Jacobs & Crumplar in 1981. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and New Jersey. Crumplar is known for securing significant verdicts, including the second highest personal injury verdict in U.S. history for an asbestos case ($75 million in 1988) and the largest award against an individual church in U.S. history for a sexual abuse case (over $30 million in 2010). Robert Jacobs

Robert Jacobs co-founded Jacobs & Crumplar in 1981. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from City College of the City University of New York (1963) and a law degree from Temple University (1968). He practiced with Bader, Dorsey & Kreshtool before co-founding his firm. Jacobs applies his chemical engineering knowledge to patent litigation and is an effective attorney in State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He is a past president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and has served on the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice, also chairing committees including the Section on Toxic Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts.

Patrick C. Gallagher

Patrick C. Gallagher, Managing Director at Jacobs & Crumplar, was born in southern West Virginia. He earned his B.A. in Economics (magna cum laude) from Elon University in 2002 and his J.D. (cum laude) from Wake Forest University in 2005, where he participated in mock trial, Moot Court, and Law Review. After a clerkship with District Court Judge Boyle, he spent seven years at Morris James, specializing in corporate bankruptcy and medical negligence defense, maintaining an undefeated trial record. His current practice focuses on personal injury, employment discrimination, and civil rights. He has litigated cases at all levels of Delaware courts, including the Supreme Court, and practices in the Federal District Court for the District of Delaware. Gallagher is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Delaware’s Community Legal Aid Society, Inc., the Kent County Bar Association, the Executive Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association, and the Delaware Supreme Court’s Board of Bar Examiners.

Andrea G. Green

Andrea G. Green, an attorney at Jacobs & Crumplar, has stepped back from the daily practice of law but remains associated with the firm as a consultant. She has over 25 years of experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Green is admitted to practice in Delaware and Maryland, as well as the U.S. District Courts for Delaware and Maryland, the Third and Fourth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association (Secretary) and the Delaware State Bar Association. Her community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors and as President of Community Legal Aid Society, Inc., and as Co-Chair for the Combined Campaign for Justice for Sussex County. She joined Jacobs & Crumplar in 2019 after opening her own office in Millsboro in 2010 and previously working for UAW Legal Services Plans and a private firm. She has presented on consumer bankruptcy and Delaware workers’ compensation.

Courtney R. Prinski

Courtney R. Prinski, an attorney at Jacobs & Crumplar, was born in Tampa, Florida, and grew up in New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (cum laude) from Davidson College and her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law (2005-2008), where she participated in the National Trial Team. After a clerkship with District Court Judge Boyle, she spent seven years at Morris James, specializing in corporate bankruptcy and medical negligence defense, maintaining an undefeated trial record. Her current practice focuses on medical negligence and complex civil litigation. She is admitted to practice in Delaware. Prinski also volunteers with Renee’s Rescues, Inc., and previously served as a Child Advocate (2010-2016).

Raeann Warner, a Director at Jacobs & Crumplar, received her law degree from Widener University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Her practice areas include childhood sexual abuse, employment discrimination, personal injury, and toxic tort cases (including asbestos-related diseases). She has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers since 2012 and featured in Philadelphia Magazine and Delaware Today as a top civil rights attorney. Warner is the Secretary of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Revitalization Governor for the American Association for Justice. Nicole M. Evans

Nicole M. Evans, an attorney at Jacobs & Crumplar, was born and raised in Salisbury, Maryland. She graduated summa cum laude from Salisbury University in 1999 with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Economics and English. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2002. Admitted to practice in Delaware in 2002 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware in 2004, she initially focused on consumer bankruptcy and real estate. Since 2006, she has specialized in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases, representing the Sussex County community for over fifteen years. She is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Delaware State Bar Association. In 2017, she co-founded the Kim and Evans Family Foundation for community benefit.
