Nicolette R. Nicoletti
Nicolette R. Nicoletti is the founder and managing partner of the Nicoletti Accident Injury Lawyers. She was born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida. Nicolette attended Genesis Preparatory School and graduated salutatorian of her class. She then went onto Saint Leo University for her undergraduate education. She graduated magna cum laude from the Honors Program with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. While at Saint Leo University, Nicolette was President of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science Honor Society), Secretary of Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honor Society), and an active member of Delta Epsilon Sigma (National Scholastic Honor Society). Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Nicolette attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Gainesville, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Nicolette was active in the John Marshall Bar Association and was named to the Dean’s List multiple times. In addition to her scholastic achievements, during her time at UF Law, Nicolette served as a law clerk for Carter, Clendenin & Foreman, P.A. in New Port Richey, Florida, and was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Cheryl K. Thomas of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Tampa, Florida. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Nicolette returned to her hometown and began practicing personal injury law. Nicolette is passionate about giving back to her community and strives to give each client personalized representation and direct time and communication with the attorney while educating clients about the law and maximizing each client’s case value. Nicolette currently lives in Dade City and, in her spare time, enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, and nutrition.

Maryann Furman
Maryann Furman is a board-certified civil trial lawyer and registered nurse, bringing a unique perspective to personal injury law. As founding partner of The Nurse Lawyer, P.A., she has tried over 65 jury trials. Recognized as an expert in civil trial law by The Florida Bar, she holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Super Lawyer annually since 2012. Marc Yonker
Marc Yonker, co-founder of Winters & Yonker, earned his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1993 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania and Florida Bars in 1994. Inspired by his father's friend, a personal injury attorney, Marc is dedicated to seeking justice for the injured, particularly those battling large insurers. He co-founded Winters & Yonker with Bill Winters in 2001 to offer a client-oriented approach, known as 'The Aggressive Attorneys,' providing immediate support and fighting for fair compensation for accident victims.

Bill Winters, co-founder of Winters & Yonker, grew up in the Tampa Bay area and earned both his bachelor's and J.D. from the University of Florida. Initially intending to be a tax attorney, he shifted to personal injury law after experiencing the thrill of litigation. With over 30 years of legal experience, he co-founded Winters & Yonker in 2001 with Marc Yonker to provide personalized representation to accident victims. He is passionate about community involvement, volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club of Tampa and partnering with Metropolitan Ministries during holidays.

Craig A. Laporte
Craig Laporte has been practicing law, principally in the area of personal injury litigation since he graduated third in his class from Stetson University College of Law in 1983. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1975, he spent eight years as a deputy sheriff with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. He is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Craig has been active in both the local and state bar associations, having served as Chairman of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, the local Florida Bar Grievance Committee, the Florida Bar Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee and a special statewide Unlicensed Practice of Law in Multidiscliplinary Firms Committee. He has been president of the West Pasco Bar Association, and is an active member of the Florida Justice Association, formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. He has had appellate cases reported from the Florida Supreme Court, as well as the Second and Fifth District Courts of Appeal. He also serves as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. Craig’s primary areas of practice are all types of injury and death cases, insurance claims and civil trials.

Patrick Douglas Brannon
Patrick Douglas Brannon, son of a personal injury lawyer, earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. He was the first attorney hired by Winters & Yonker and has been with the firm for 13 years, serving as a mentor to associate attorneys. He is dedicated to advocating for injured parties, especially those without the means or medical insurance to fight insurance companies. Patrick is currently pursuing board certification as a trial attorney through the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).

Frances K. Werner-Watkins
Frances Werner-Watkins is a welcomed addition to the firm of Laporte, Mulligan & Werner-Watkins, P.A. She comes from a family that has been and is still engaged in the building of Pasco County from its inception. Her family is one of Florida’s Pioneer families recognized by the State of Florida for being here for over 100 years. Her ancestry includes a long line of politicians, builders, developers and policy makers for the community. The Werner-Boyce Salt Springs Run State Park, over 3,200 acres located along the Gulf of Mexico in West Pasco, is named after her father and his partner who were both contributors to the establishment of the county. Growing up immersed in the history and politics of Pasco County, Frances has a unique sense of community and is keenly committed to the youth of this county. As a criminal defense attorney, dealing mainly with juvenile law, she represents juveniles in misdemeanor and felony cases. In her role as an Assistant State Attorney, she was the first prosecutor placed directly into the Pasco County School system in 2001. In that role, she provided county-wide educational presentations on Juvenile Law, Bullying and Harassment on School Campuses to over 20,000 students, educators, members of law enforcement, parents and other interested groups. She helped to implement many programs, among them: the Truancy Intervention Program and the Judges in Schools. Additionally, she was instrumental in the production of teaching videos used in Pinellas and Pasco County schools: “Not Free” and “It Never Goes Away” both focusing on the effects of juvenile crime. Her focus has always been prevention through education. The Board of County Commissioners appointed Frances to the Children’s Steering Advisory Committee in 2002. She was a trainer for the Teen Court Program for 6 years and continues to volunteer throughout the county sharing her passion of positively influencing the youth within our community. Frances earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 1994 from the University of South Florida. In 1998, she graduated with her law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. Frances was an active member of the Moot Court competition teams and was privileged to argue before the 1st District Court of Appeals as a second year law student. Frances later became an officer within the organization to help lower classmen participate in statewide competitions. In 1998, Frances was admitted to the Florida Bar and has practiced law in Pasco County ever since. Frances will continue to practice in the areas of juvenile and criminal law and is expanding her practice to include personal injury and wrongful death cases with Laporte, Mulligan & Werner-Watkins, P.A. Frances is involved within the school system’s community and in the larger community as a member of various organizations. She is a graduate of Leadership Pasco Class of 2011 that raised money to build a kennel and facility for the Pasco County Sheriff’s office K-9 unit.
