Michael F. Eubanks

Michael F. Eubanks was born in Dallas, Texas, in 1954. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1979, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in 1981, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1985. He earned his B.S. magna cum laude from Davidson College in 1976 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1979. He is the Managing Partner and CEO of Shumate, Flaherty & Eubanks, PSC, specializing in plaintiff's workers' compensation, personal injury, and criminal defense, with over 45 years of experience. He has been rated a Super Lawyers Award Selectee since 2020.

Tucker Richardson

Randolph Tucker Richardson, III is a founding member and managing partner of Baldani Law Group, specializing in state and federal criminal defense, including capital murder and DUI defense. He earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of Louisville College of Law in 1988. Admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 1988, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Supreme Court (1994). Tucker was elected to the American Board of Criminal Lawyers in 2015 and received the AV Preeminent® Award from Martindale-Hubbell in 2012. He is a past president of the Kentucky Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers (KACDL), selected as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association, and rated 10.0 Superb by AVVO. He lectures on criminal law, especially DUI defense and drug detection. He is an executive board member of the Children’s Charity Fund of the Bluegrass and volunteers in the nursery program at Crossroads Christian Church.

Cory Erdmann

Cory M. Erdmann is a founding member of Erdmann & Stumbo, PLLC, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is licensed in Kentucky and Florida, and also practices in federal courts including the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

Randy Martin O'Neal

Randy Martin O'Neal was raised in Garrett, Floyd County, and moved to Richmond in 2003 to attend Eastern Kentucky University, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law in 2010. Since joining the Law Office of Jimmy Dale Williams in August 2010, he has handled thousands of civil and criminal cases in Kentucky's District, Circuit, and Federal Courts. He is a member of Williams & O'Neal, P.S.C. since January 1, 2017, concentrating on litigation. He was recognized by National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 (2016, 2017), "10 Best" Attorneys for Kentucky by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys and American Institute of Family Law Attorneys (2016, 2017), and received the "Top 10 Under 40 Attorney Award for the state of Kentucky" from the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys (2017). He has served as President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary of the Madison County Bar Association and is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and Kentucky Justice Association.

Jerry W. Gilbert

Jerry W. Gilbert was born and raised in Berea, Kentucky. He earned his law degree in 1981 and was admitted to practice in Kentucky the same year. He is admitted to practice before various federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice focuses on criminal law, family law, and personal injury cases, including auto accidents. He has been an active participant in legal associations and community development.

L. Brooke Bowman Mitchell

L. Brooke Bowman Mitchell is a native of Madison County, Kentucky. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in English from the University of Kentucky and was in the top 8% of her law school class at UK, where she served on the Kentucky Law Journal. She practices in civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense, contract and boundary disputes, estate planning, probate, and business transactions. She is admitted to practice before all Kentucky state courts, both U.S. Federal District Courts in Kentucky, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States Supreme Court. She has successfully tried cases in various Kentucky Counties and argued before the Kentucky Court of Appeals. She was voted 'Best of Richmond' by the readers of the Richmond Register in 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2019. She currently serves as an Assistant Madison County Attorney and sits on the City of Richmond Board of Ethics.

Jason S. Wilson

Jason S. Wilson joined Coy, Gilbert, Shepherd & Wilson in 2004 as an associate attorney and became a partner the following year. He primarily focuses on personal injury and wrongful death, with a significant practice in criminal defense and family law. He is a native of Owsley County, Kentucky, and received his J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2001. He is admitted to practice in all Kentucky state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
