Michael F. Eubanks
Michael F. Eubanks was born in Dallas, Texas, in 1954. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1979, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky in 1981, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1985. He earned his B.S. magna cum laude from Davidson College in 1976 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky in 1979. He is the Managing Partner and CEO of Shumate, Flaherty & Eubanks, PSC, specializing in plaintiff's workers' compensation, personal injury, and criminal defense, with over 45 years of experience. He has been rated a Super Lawyers Award Selectee since 2020.

Tucker Richardson
Randolph Tucker Richardson, III is a founding member and managing partner of Baldani Law Group, specializing in state and federal criminal defense, including capital murder and DUI defense. He earned his B.S. in accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of Louisville College of Law in 1988. Admitted to the Kentucky Bar Association in 1988, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Supreme Court (1994). Cory Erdmann
Cory M. Erdmann is a founding member of Erdmann & Stumbo, PLLC, focusing on personal injury and wrongful death cases. Jerry W. Gilbert was born and raised in Berea, Kentucky. He earned his law degree in 1981 and was admitted to practice in Kentucky the same year. L. Brooke Bowman Mitchell
L. Brooke Bowman Mitchell is a native of Madison County, Kentucky.
