Stephanie L. Quinn

She handles toxic tort cases on behalf of a railroad client, alleging injuries due to asbestos and other alleged toxic exposures. She has considerable experience with the California Tort Claims Act and regularly defends public entity clients against claims alleging the dangerous condition of public property under Government Code section 830, et seq., as well as inverse condemnation.
