Jared A. DeSilvey

Mr. DeSilvey has been a practicing attorney in Oklahoma since 1997. He is licensed to practice before all District Courts in Oklahoma, the Creek Nation, the Cherokee Nation, the Chickasaw Nation, all three United States District Courts, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He obtained his B.S. from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1993 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1996. He is also a Certified Mediator, Certified Guardian Ad Litem as pro bono counsel for deprived children, and is an enthusiastic public speaker in the areas of personal injury and insurance claims.

Deni S. Ketterman

Mr. Ketterman is a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma, the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, Cherokee Nation Court, and Choctaw Nation Court. Mr. Ketterman completed his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2013 and then pursued higher education to attain his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2019. Matthew R. Price

Matthew R. Price is an attorney in Muskogee and a founding partner at Hammons Hamby & Price. He represents clients in criminal defense. After attending law school, Mr. Price joined the law firm of Matthew Neill Davis, PLLC in Enid, Oklahoma, where he handled criminal defense and family law matters. Mr. Price returned to Muskogee in 2016 to serve as an Assistant District Attorney for Muskogee County where he served until founding our firm. While at the District Attorney's Office, he focused on prosecuting both felony and misdemeanor domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking cases. Mr. Price serves as a criminal public defender for the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System in Muskogee, McIntosh, and Sequoyah counties. Mr. Price is the Involuntary Commitment Counsel and Public Guardian Counsel in Muskogee County. Mr. Price represents the Towns of Warner, Gore, and Webbers Falls and legal counsel for the Checotah Planning and Zoning Committee. Jeremy K. Hamby

Jeremy K. Hamby is an attorney in Muskogee and a founding partner at Hammons Hamby & Price. He represents clients in family law matters. An enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Mr. Hamby served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Cherokee Nation prior to founding our firm. Prior to law school, Jeremy worked for the Cherokee Nation Indian Child Welfare. His time working in child welfare is what influenced him to become an attorney so he could better serve his tribe. Mr. Hamby serves as criminal public defender in Cherokee Nation. Mr. Hamby is the Cherokee County Juvenile Deprived counsel. He presides as the Municipal Judge in Gore. John Tyler Hammons

John Tyler Hammons is an attorney in Muskogee and a founding partner at Hammons Hamby & Price. He represents clients in commercial transactions, estate planning, and real estate matters. A fourth-generation Oklahoman and an enrolled citizen of the Cherokee Nation, Mr. Hammons was elected as the 47th Mayor of the city of Muskogee, serving two terms from 2008 to 2012. First elected at the age of 19, he is among the youngest mayors in American history. While at City Hall, Mr. Hammons focused on economic development and infrastructure improvements. After graduating from law school, he served his tribe as an Assistant Attorney General of the Cherokee Nation before founding our firm. Mr. Hammons currently serves as the City Attorney for Checotah, McAlester, Bixby, and Tahlequah. He is the General Counsel for Muskogee County. Mr. Hammons presides as the Municipal Judge in Muskogee.
