Dennis Weaver graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1992 and received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1995. He focuses his practice on pharmaceutical drug litigation, environmental litigation, nursing home abuse, motor vehicle accidents, and fraud. He has litigated cases involving defectively designed vehicles, constitutionally protected rights, and claims against entities for negligent roadway design. He recently served as co-lead counsel in the successful resolution of the largest financial elder abuse case in Alabama history. A dedicated advocate of victim's rights, he is a charter member of the National Crime Victim Bar Association and co-author of 'Personal Injury Law: An Overview for Alabama Accident Victims'. He has also served on the Vestavia Hills City Council and as Mayor Pro-tempore.

David Madison Tidmore

David Madison Tidmore received a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama in 1978, an MBA from Samford University in 1983, and his law degree from Birmingham School of Law in 1988. He brings a unique perspective to litigation from his background as a human resources and manufacturing executive. He also served as a special studies instructor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, lecturing on employment law.
