1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Injuria, Inc. d/b/a ThatCarHitMe.com, located at 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit ThatCarHitMe.com/giveaway during the Giveaway Period and complete the Car Accident Resource Survey in its entirety. The survey consists of questions about your experience searching for resources, information, and legal representation after being involved in a motor vehicle accident ("MVA"). All survey fields must be completed to constitute a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void.

5. Survey Information

The survey will ask you questions related to your experience after being involved in an MVA, including but not limited to:

• How you searched for information, resources, or legal help after your accident
• What types of resources you found most helpful
• Challenges you encountered when looking for assistance
• Your experience with legal directories, online reviews, or referral services

Your survey responses will be used by Sponsor to improve its services and better understand the needs of people involved in motor vehicle accidents. Responses may be used in aggregate, anonymized form for research and product development purposes.

6. Prize & Drawing

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 5, 2026 by the Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prize details, including the approximate retail value ("ARV"), will be announced on this page and through Sponsor's communication channels prior to the drawing date. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash equivalent or substitution will be provided, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within ten (10) business days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within ten (10) business days, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Privacy & Data Use

By entering this Giveaway, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Personal information collected through the survey includes your name, email address, phone number, and survey responses.

Your personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting the winner, improving Sponsor's services, and as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy. Sponsor will not sell your personal information to third parties. Survey responses may be used in anonymized, aggregate form.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Right to Modify or Cancel. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or any factor that impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. By entering, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Winner List
