About Martin
Martin Jaffe was born in Bayonne, New Jersey in 1965. He graduated from Florida State University in 1987, then worked as a claims adjuster and parole officer before attending law school. He graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1998 and was a national finalist two years in a row in the ATLA National Trial Tournament. After law school, he was a partner in one of Florida's leading defense firms before joining Morgan & Morgan. He now represents victims of serious personal injury, wrongful death, product defects, and carbon monoxide poisoning. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state and federal courts.
