About Paul
Paul Fulmer was born and raised in Merritt Island, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Biology and earned his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 1997. During law school, he was Chief Justice of the Honor Court. He was a partner at Rissman, Barrett practicing multi-line insurance defense, and was previously a prosecutor in Pinellas County and a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He practiced insurance defense for almost 14 years before joining Morgan & Morgan, where he focuses on slip and fall and personal injury cases. He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.
