About Jonathan
Jonathan M. Sedgh is a Mass Tort Product Liability Partner in Morgan & Morgan's New York City office. Over more than 15 years practicing law, he has played an instrumental role in various lawsuits against makers of dangerous and defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices. He extensively works with municipalities and governmental entities against negligent companies responsible for contaminating water supplies. In 2014, he helped recover a $9 billion verdict in a three-month trial for a client who developed bladder cancer after taking Actos. In November 2021, he was part of the trial team where a federal jury held 3M liable for an Army Sergeant's hearing loss from faulty combat earplugs, resulting in a $13 million award. In September 2022, he was appointed to the Plaintiffs' Leadership Committee in the Abbott Infant Formula Recall MDL. He has been a key figure in more than a dozen multi-district litigations.
