About Carrie

Carrie LaBrec has nearly 20 years of litigation and trial experience. Carrie graduated from Belmont University earning a Bachelor of Science in philosophy and sociology. After graduation, she worked for the YWCA Domestic Violence Center and volunteered with CASA in Davidson County. She attended Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, where she served on the moot court board and earned her Juris Doctor in 2007. After returning to Nashville, Carrie worked as an Assistant Public Defender before transitioning into civil litigation. At Morgan & Morgan, Carrie has focused her practice to specialize in the areas of slip/trip and falls, construction accidents, drownings, electrocutions, negligent/inadequate security, dram shop, falling objects/trees, dog bites, elevator injuries, explosions/burn cases, inadequate maintenance and wrongful death cases.
