About Bret
Bret C. Gainsford's legal journey is deeply rooted in his South Florida upbringing. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida, majoring in Political Science, and earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School. After graduating, Mr. Gainsford commenced his legal career at a prominent national defense firm, focusing on products liability and e-discovery. In 2010, he transitioned to advocating for individuals and families affected by asbestos-containing products. Today, Mr. Gainsford holds the position of Of Counsel to the Firm, where he leads the Asbestos and Mesothelioma practice group.
