About Frank
Frank M. Petosa is a partner with Morgan & Morgan and a member of the firm's Complex Litigation Group. He coordinates the firm's interdisciplinary Oil Spill Practice Group representing individuals and businesses impacted by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. He manages the firm's nationwide Reglan cases and has been active in the PSC's for the Chinese Drywall MDL and the Denture Cream MDL. He leads the firm's South Florida personal injury practice. A Past President of the Florida Justice Association, he has frequently lectured at seminars on mass torts, medical malpractice, government actions, nursing home abuse, and personal injury litigation. In 2009-2012, he was named a Florida Super Lawyer in medical malpractice and class actions.
