Kim De Arcangelis (formerly Kim Woods) has national litigation experience and currently represents numerous employees in matters involving wage disputes, misclassification, retaliation and discrimination. She has experience litigating claims in federal and state courts and arbitration. Prior to joining the Employee Rights Group at Morgan & Morgan, Mrs. De Arcangelis represented employers and insurance carriers. She has both bench trial and federal jury trial experience. Throughout her career, she has successfully obtained unpaid wages and other damages on behalf of thousands of employees throughout the United States in both single plaintiff and class and collective actions. She is also the Orlando Division President of the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund.
