About Matthew
Matthew Gunter is a seasoned trial attorney with a strong foundation in both criminal and employment law. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Criminal Justice, he earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2009 and began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit for Seminole County. He later transitioned into employment law representing workers in nationwide class and collective actions under the FLSA and Title VII. His practice focuses on wage and hour violations, unpaid overtime, employee misclassification, and systemic discrimination and retaliation claims.
