About Gregory
Gregory Schmitz joined Morgan & Morgan after spending his career practicing employment law with some of the largest employment law firms in the world, representing Fortune 500 corporations. He previously worked at Littler Mendelson, the largest labor and employment law firm in the world. Mr. Schmitz specializes in employment law with a unique emphasis on systemic discriminatory practices, and has arbitration, bench trial, and jury trial experience. He has litigated claims throughout the country under federal and state law, including sexual harassment, race, age, disability, religion, gender, as well as retaliation and whistleblower claims. He has also litigated numerous overtime and wage-related lawsuits, including nationwide collective and class actions. Mr. Schmitz is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. He received his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, graduating from both with honors. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
