About Jeff
Jeff Del Rio was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where he currently resides with his wife and two children. He graduated from Jesuit High School before obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida, graduating Cum Laude. In 2013, he graduated from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Del Rio is a member of the Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania State Bar Associations. His professional background includes six-plus years dedicated to the advocacy of employee rights against their employers, having represented plaintiffs in claims against some of the largest companies in the country. His representation of employees includes claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, FMLA violations, contract disputes, severances, and employer negligence.
