About Anna
Anna Kozak is a passionate advocate for workers' rights and a personal employment attorney at Morgan & Morgan's Detroit office. She earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and holds a Master's degree in American Government and Politics. Her graduate research focused on the structural barriers that limit equity and participation for marginalized communities. Anna began her legal career on the defense side but transitioned to representing individuals. With a focus on discrimination, retaliation, ERISA violations, and other workplace misconduct, she has built a reputation for standing up to major corporations and institutional employers, successfully challenging Fortune 500 companies in cases involving systemic workplace violations.
