About Kerry
Kerry Marinelli is Morgan & Morgan's New Mexico attorney, licensed in New Mexico state and federal courts. She received a Bachelor of University Studies majoring in American Studies from the University of New Mexico, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society, and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law while completing an ABA-approved semester abroad in Australia. Her legal career has included representing low-income New Mexicans in civil legal matters, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the 2nd and 13th Judicial Districts, criminal defense work, serving as a Guardian ad Litem in guardianship cases, and practicing insurance defense. She joined Morgan & Morgan in July 2020 and has become a pivotal member of the Complex Litigation Group, focusing on products liability and mass torts.
