About Andrew
Andrew Parker Felix is a partner in the Product Liability Safety Group at Morgan & Morgan with national litigation experience. He handles products liability litigation and catastrophic personal injury cases involving consumer products, motor vehicles, airbags, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and toxic torts. He has represented multiple race fans injured in the February 2013 NASCAR crash at Daytona and has extensively litigated Takata airbag cases. He was appointed to the Tort Victim's Creditors Committee in TK Holdings' Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and was later appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to serve a four-year term on the Trust Advisory Committee for the Takata Airbag Tort Compensation Trust Fund. He successfully served as lead counsel before the Florida Supreme Court in Worley v. Central Florida Young Men's Christian Ass'n. He is admitted to the Florida and California state bars and is AV® rated by Martindale-Hubbell and recognized as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star.
