About Benjamin
Ben Wilson is an attorney in the Morgan & Morgan office in Jackson, Mississippi, and leads the firm's Fire Litigation Group. He and his team represent individuals and families injured or killed as a result of fires, explosions, and defective products or equipment. He has extensive knowledge and experience in litigation against property management companies, hotels, landlords, gas and electric companies, and manufacturers of fire safety equipment. He served on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for the NorCal Wildfire litigation and represented victims of the Lime Rock wildfires and Merrimack Valley gas explosions. He is a former member of the Charles Clark Chapter of the American Inns of Court and has been recognized as a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers for six consecutive years.
