About Allison
Allison Rattet is a Southern California native who relocated to South Florida in 2019. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, she practiced in the Labor and Employment Group at an AmLaw 100 law firm, representing corporate employers in single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation. At Morgan & Morgan, she represents employees in employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and also advises and represents individuals pursuing Title IX claims throughout Florida. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and her law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
