About Jason
Jason S. Miller is the managing partner of Morgan & Morgan's Southeast region offices including Jacksonville, Orange Park, St. Augustine, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Panama City, Pensacola (FL), Brunswick, Savannah (GA), Hilton Head, Charleston, Myrtle Beach/Florence, Greenville, and Columbia (SC). He graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance (with honors) in 1998 and earned his J.D. with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 2001. He began his legal career at the largest law firm in Jacksonville specializing in complex commercial litigation before becoming a partner at a civil trial defense firm. In 2007, he joined Morgan & Morgan to represent those injured by negligence. He became an equity partner in 2011. He is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
