About Keith
Keith R. Mitnik was born in Eustis, Florida in 1959. He graduated from UCF Magna Cum Laude in 1981 and from FSU Law School with honors in 1984. He is Senior Trial Lawyer for Morgan & Morgan and one of its owners, joining in 1997. He has handled many high-profile cases including the suit against Britney Spears by her former manager, the suit by the Backstreet Boys against their former manager, and the civil suit against Casey Anthony. He has been featured on 60 Minutes with Mike Wallace and has obtained jury verdicts including a $90 Million verdict (7th largest in America for 2010), $40 Million, $27 Million, and $18.1 Million, among many others. He is a frequent seminar presenter and author on trial strategies.
